Two-component epoxy resin adhesive

MD-pox is a very reactive chemical compound. After mixing, the two-component adhesive achieves extraordinary strength. For bonding metals, ceramics, glass, stone and many hard plastics. For many on-the-spot repairs with high quality and little effort. Easy handling thanks to the automatically regulated two-nozzle system.

MD-pox remains stiffly flexible and can therefore guarantee permanent rigidity in case of impacts or vibration.

POX 5 minutes

Processing information:
The bonding surfaces must be clean, oil and grease free (e.g. with Marston Cleaner). Excellent results are obtained by a mechanical roughening of the adhesion surfaces. (Insert the cartridge into the dispensing gun and then close only 50 g, 400 g.) Twist off cap, attach and tighten the mixing nozzle. Push the material out (with the dispensing gun 50 g, 400 g) and discard the first 2 g, as they are not yet mixed at 1:1. Setting time can be curtailed at high temperatures. Join work pieces together and fix. Store opened cartridge in a cool, dry place.

Liquid metal epoxy resin base MD MET liquid metal repairs incorrectly drilled boreholes, cracks and broken threads on metal, wood and plastic.

Application examples: Repairing incorrectly drilled boreholes, flaws and all cracks in metal, wood and plastic. Mechanical working is possible after a short time. Parts can be ground, milled, bored and painted over. Working instructions: The bonding surfaces must be clean, oil and grease free (e.g. with Marston Cleaner). 	MD POLY 1:1 Construction adhesive Polyoletine Special adhesive for PP, PE, Teflon and silicone. Easy to use. Excellent moisture and chemical resistance. For bonding, sealing and casting of PP, PE, EPDM, and many plastics. Particularly suitable for materials with different coefficients of expansion. The product is in the ratio 1:1 resin-hardener mixed. Pot life approx 2-3 minutes Hand strength after 7-10 minutes Final strength after 24 hours Temperature resistance approx. -50°C - 120°C Application instructions: Insert the cartridge into the gun (50 g). Remove the cap and a small amount of adhesive to express both components flow freely. Attach mixing nozzle and apply adhesive. The bond strength is supported by good treatment. The surface need clean, oil and grease. To accelerate the curing, it is possible to heat local positions for a short time. This is only possible after the fixing time of 5 minutes.

	MD POLY 10:1 Two-component high-performance adhesives MD POLY is a structural, two-component, solvent-free special adhesive. MD POLY has a very good adhesion to difficult to bond surfaces such as PP, PE, PTFE or EPDM. MD POLY has excellent moisture and chemical resistance. The product is in the ratio 10:1 resin-hardener mixed. Pot life approx 5 minutes at 25°C Hand strength after 2 hours Final strength after 24 hours Temperature resistance approx. -40°C to + 80°C Working temperature + 10°C to + 30°C MD POLY is specially developed for bonding polyolefins and low energy plastics such as PP and PE. A prepara-treatment with primer is not necessary.

MD-mix is easy to use. The material is worked like plasticine. MD-mix has an extremely high Shore hardness D of 80 (concrete 60). MD-mix can be worked mechanically.

MD MIX Wood

Working instructions:
The parts to be repaired have to be clean and free of oil and grease. Roughening increases the strength of the bond. Cut off the required quantity of MD MIX and knead it for approximately 2 minutes until an even color has been produced and the material becomes warm. Then apply MD MIX to the parts and mould it. Mechanical working can be done after approximately 20 minutes. Final hardening occurs after 24 hours. Do not work at outdoor temperatures below 5°C.
